Shipping Policy

Shipping will vary depending on the size of your item/s and your destination.  We are happy to ship anywhere possible.  We use the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise specified.  For international packages we use USPS Priority International.

Return Policy

Garments may be returned for 14 days (after receipt of the item) exchange or store credit in unworn and unwashed condition with receipt and original packaging/tags.  Items that have been altered cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  Grooming supplies and shave products may be returned within 14 days unused and with all original packaging/tops still secure. 

For returns it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with us in as new condition. We recommended using a service that requires a signature to prove delivery as any item lost in transit will be your responsibility.  Refunds will be for the value of the goods returned, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Alterations

Duchess, Clothier’s in house alterations specialist can perform alterations on items purchased from Winn Perry. If you would like alterations on any item not purchased in the store please call Duchess at 503.281.6648 or email duchess@duchessclothier.com to schedule an appointment.

Winn Perry offers a basic selection of complimentary alterations on items regularly priced items purchased in the store. Complimentary alterations are only valid the day the item is purchased in the store. For a list of complimentary alterations, please visit the Winn Perry showroom.
