Papa’s Brand New Bag
Handsewing seems to be a vanishing art (as most crafts have become in the last half century) or it has seemingly been reserved for hobby. However, in liu of all recent events, I believe this is set to change, as more people put their many talents to work. Our good friend Steve Dewey Coleman is a craftsman. With the amount of things he seems to know how to do, I’d go so far as to say a modern day renaissance man. So, I ventured to inquire if he would construct a bag for our humble, little store. Today, he delivered this handsome model, made from oiled brown cowhide. Every stitch is handsewn by Steve here in Portland. As you can see below, it perfectly fits a 13" MacBook and features a second smaller inner pocket. He can also make these to a specific size if you would prefer a smaller or larger model.
